One year after the Riddler murders, Bruce Wayne has abandoned some of his reclusive ways as he attends a Halloween fundraiser to help advance Gotham City. When a guest is murdered, it may take the intervention of Batman to stop the bodies from piling up from a mysterious stalker's actions.
