The first ghost who visits Carol. She is depicted as a kind woman wearing '90s clothes. She takes Carol to the past where she enjoyed Christmas when she was in elementary and middle school, befriended Martha right before she committed suicide and how she was angry over a few presents instead of lots of presents.
