Lasita Park is a Korean teenager from Seoul who moves to California and is forced to work as a janitor and dishwasher at her stepmother's diner. After a mess with her cell phone, Lasita, a popular cheerleader, dreams of being a cheerleader, escaping into the hands of her stepmother and her stepsisters, Lasita meets her friends, Eddie Rogers, Victoria Furi, Hannah Ollaberia and Jane Smitch at Beverly Shady school.
