Bob and Wendy are delighted when they receive an invitation to their new friend from Evershade Valley, a futuristic city next door to Splatsville, a city of chaos. They and the can-do crew travel from a subway train to greet them in time for the new year, but when Dr. Midnight sends his minions and they wreck havoc at the party, they spring into action with their new friends such as Dolly, Zoomy and Beacher.
