The Wombles have exposed their existence to the world, and many of the avengers got married: John Steed and Emma Peel (now Steed), Cathy Gale (now Mother) and Mother Mother, Tara King (now Keel) and David Keel, Martin King and Venus Smith (now King). But nothing is over yet. The villains of last time (Cathy and Idaho) were only being controlled by a group of people who are trying to paint the world in their image. They are The Old Dickensian Empire, TODE for short, and they are attempting to kill off The Avengers by making them turn against each other, so that they are sure none of them will be a threat to TODE anymore. Little do Steed and Emma know that these people called LSFS, Gus, ESP and SCS are all actually their relatives.
