(ζ ͺεΌδΌη€Ύγγ γΉγ»γ¨γ³γΏγγ€γ³γ‘γ³γ Kabushiki-gaisha Tomusu Entateinmento), formerly known as Tokyo Movie Shinsha (ζ±δΊ¬γ γΌγγΌζ°η€Ύ TΕkyΕ MΕ«bΔ« Shinsha), also known as Tokyo Movie (ζ±δΊ¬γ γΌγγΌ TΕkyΕ MΕ«bΔ«) or TMS-Kyokuichi, is a Japanese animation studio established on October 22, 1946. TMS is one of the oldest and most famous anime studios in Japan, best known for numerous anime franchises such as Lupin the Third, The Rose of Versailles, Detective Conan, Kenichi: The Mightiest Disciple, D.Gray-man, Anpanman, Monster Rancher, Hamtaro, Bakugan Battle Brawlers, and Sonic X and feature-length films Golgo 13: The Professional, Akira and Little Nemo: Adventures in Slumberland, alongside animation works for western animation such as Inspector Gadget, The Real Ghostbusters, Rainbow Brite, DuckTales, The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Tiny Toon Adventures, Batman: The Animated Series, Animaniacs, and Spider-Man: The Animated Series. In 2010, TMS Entertainment became a wholly owned subsidiary of Sega Sammy Holdings.
