Silver knew that his vision of Infinite and the Sonicverse was coming to reality, and some believe he could be one of the only beings who could stop the Sonicverse from collapsing within Infinite’s dominion over it. Like Shadow or Sonic, Silver believes he failed his mission now that Mammoth Mogul, Enerjak, and Mephiles were back because of it. If the ruler of the Sonicverse gets destroyed, there would be no one to put the ropes of time and space back together. And if that happens, Silver would have to put his abilities to the test far beyond anything that has happened before.
