James Bond must thwart the plans of Max Zorin, a mysterious KGB spy businessman experimenting with microchips. Together with high-tech companies, Zorin wants to destroy the San Andreas fault to cause a devastating earthquake. Agent 007 will have to face the businessman, who thanks to the microchips is genetically superior to him.
