I tried to block, but turns out for some reason they have blocked me. so.....Have you tried doing it manually from your account settings by copying and pasting his username to your blocklist?

and here it goes again casting Ariana Greenblatt on every story of mines now i blocked him for his creep behavior
This was after he tried to added Isabella Garcia Shapiro with Ariana Greenblatt in my League of Extraordinary Gentlemen inspired story called Blazing Worlds and after I banned him, I deleted the role he added feeling it was unnecessary as well unfitting to a crossover comprised of classic literature

Looking back I didn't get his decision to add Isabella Garcia Shapiro to Blazing Worlds like why this is so unfitting and out of place for a crossover between classic literature that involves stuff like Frankenstein's Monster, Hercule Poirot, Sherlock Holmes and Captain Nemo
