Pictureless profile

I wish to add a picture to a pictureless actor profile, but i’m stuck. How can i find the solution to add this to this?

Hello, you should be able to click on "edit profile" and upload a profile picture. Is it not allowing you to do this for some reason?

And what's even worse, is that you need to go by the sizes...
