As for timing, we're both college students. I don't know how much you know about college, but classes are generally held between 8 AM and 3 PM. Therefore, we are both unavailable during that time. And then we are both free once classes are done. So your timetable argument lacks logical cohesion. Furthermore, he has made 8 suggestions of his own, meaning that either that you didn't bother to get your facts straight or he blocked you because you started directing your toxic behavior towards him and you can't see his account.
